Thank you for your interest in a Norfolk Community Theatre membership.  This form can be used for season memberships and patron memberships.  Simply fill in the blanks on the form and select your membership options. Your request will be sent to the theatre. We'll then hold your tickets at the box office and you can pay for them at the first show.
